Este vino es la uni\u00f3n de dos vi\u00f1as:
El vi\u00f1edo de Graciano m\u00e1s viejo de toda la DOCa Rioja plantado en 1940, ubicado en La Planilla en San Adri\u00e1n sobre un suelo arenoso con cantos rodados a una altura de 370 metros.<\/p>\n

La exposici\u00f3n al sol es inmejorable y nos da vinos muy concentrados y minerales.<\/p>\n

WINE MAKING PROCESS<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/h2>\n

When a winemaker loves the vines, and enjoys looking for small plots with great grapes, they can make unequalled wines. \u201cBorja Ripa, Manzanos Wines\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Fermentation in 300 litres open barrels with daily punching down.15 days maceration with malolactic fermentation in new and two year old French barrels and then aged for 36 months.Racked every ten months and then fined in concrete tanks and bottle. Bottled after a light filtration, but not stabilised so there may be some harmless sediment in the bottle.<\/p>\n
